When you pay online by credit card, the digital link between you and STRIPE is encrypted (SSL).

The banking information you give, encrypted on your own computer, will never circulate unencrypted on the Internet. No credit card number is stored by our company WAFF Entreprise Corp

You will receive a confirmation of your order immediately by electronic means, to your email address. You guarantee us that you have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method, when validating your order form.

We reserve the right to suspend any order management and any delivery in the event of refusal of authorization of payment by credit card.

We also reserve the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a customer who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is being administered.

Our online products are the subject of an explicit comment in order to clearly explain the essential characteristics to you before your order (article L111-1 of the consumer code). Our offers are only valid while stocks last.

The order will be executed at the latest within 10 days from the day following that on which you placed your order. In case of unavailability of the product, you have the possibility of canceling your order. You will then have the choice of requesting either the reimbursement of the sums paid within 30 days at the latest of their payment, or a credit note.

The products are delivered to the address you indicate on the order form. You can have an invoice sent to the billing address and not to the delivery address by validating the option provided for this purpose on the order form.


Deliveries are made by Fedex or Colissimo for mainland France, Europe and the rest of the world except North America, South America, Canada, China and @ Kong. You are responsible for checking the packaging and the goods upon delivery. Our company agrees to return a similar product to you, if you have refused delivery of a damaged package. No package will be taken back if it is not in its original packaging.

If you have accepted the delivery and you subsequently notice a degradation of your product due to transport, you have a contractual liability recourse against the carrier. You then have 3 working days to indicate your complaints, in application of article 105 of the Commercial Code. In such a case, you no longer have any recourse against us.
