Returns Policy

When you pay online by credit card, the digital link between you and STRIPE is encrypted (SSL).

The banking information you give, encrypted on your own computer, will never circulate unencrypted on the Internet. No credit card number is stored by our company WAFF Enterprise Corp

You will receive a confirmation of your order immediately by electronic means, to your email address. You guarantee us that you have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method, when validating your order form.

We reserve the right to suspend any order management and any delivery in the event of refusal of authorization of payment by credit card.

We also reserve the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a customer who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is being administered.

Our online products are the subject of an explicit comment in order to clearly explain the essential characteristics to you before your order (article L111-1 of the consumer code). Our offers are only valid while stocks last.

The order will be executed at the latest within 10 days from the day following that on which you placed your order. The shipping costs are our responsibility, except in the case where it turns out that the returned product does not correspond to your original declaration made in the return slip.


Product warranty
